We can collect rent, manage bills, and ensure any day-to-day requests or issues raised by your tenants are handled on your behalf. At the end of a tenancy, we make sure the property is cleaned and prepared for the next tenant to a high standard. NDF London can also handle refurbishment projects for the properties we manage.
